1. What is the Winter ComfyCloak made from?
The Winter ComfyCloak is made from SoftCore Fleece, a premium, ultra-soft fabric designed to provide lightweight warmth and comfort. It’s perfect for lounging, relaxing at home, or wearing during chilly weather. The cloak also features a sensory-friendly faux fur lining for additional coziness.
2. How do I choose the right fabric?
You can select your fabric when you place your order. We currently offer SoftCore Fleece, which is perfect for everyday comfort and warmth. If you want additional warmth and softness, SoftCore Fleece will be your best choice for cozy comfort.
3. What sizes are available?
The Winter ComfyCloak is designed to be unisex and oversized, so it fits a wide range of body types. It’s a one-size-fits-most design, ensuring maximum comfort for everyone.
4. How long does shipping take?
Shipping times depend on your location:

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to external factors like customs delays or courier disruptions.
5. How much does shipping cost?
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location. We offer free tracked shipping for all orders, so you can shop with confidence!
6. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes! We currently ship worldwide, but please note that we do not ship to P.O. boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).
7. What should I do if my order is damaged or lost in transit?
If your order arrives damaged or is lost, please contact us immediately at louis-frame@outlook.com with your order number and relevant details. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
8. How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package via the carrier’s website.
9. Can I return or exchange my Winter ComfyCloak?

10. Do you charge customs, duties, or taxes?
LOUIS-FRAME is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or tariffs applied to your order. Any fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
11. Can I cancel my order?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, your order may have already been processed for shipping, but we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
12. Is the Winter ComfyCloak available as a gift?
Yes! The Winter ComfyCloak makes a perfect gift for any occasion. We offer a custom option for fabric selection, and we also offer gift wrapping upon request.
